Ohio law allows the discharge of 1.4G consumer fireworks for 20 days annually on certain times of the day on certain holidays. Please be sure to check local laws in your area where discharge is intended. Legal days where pyrotechnics will be allowed to be used in Ohio are as follows:

- Juneteenth
- Memorial Day Weekend
- Labor Day Weekend
- New Year's Eve
- Chinese New Year
- Cinco De Mayo
- July 3,4,5 and the Fri, Sat & Sun preceding & following
- Diwali
